Support
Sometimes, in life, we experience challenges or difficult times that are just too great to manage on our own. We know we need help, and yet, it is often difficult to ask for that help or help from family and friends just isn’t enough. We may need someone to listen, and really hold space for all that is troubling us, or we may need someone to help navigate Ontario’s social, health or school systems.
Lisa is here to provide that help in a safe, compassionate, and non-judgmental way. All individual and group sessions will be tailored to honour respect and incorporate individuality, race, ethnicity, identity, intersectionality, and spirituality with safety and care.

Living with Anxiety
A virtual and confidential group series of 8 sessions (1 hour each) which focus on key topics for individuals experiencing anxiety. Various topics will be covered including: understanding anxiety, our triggers and a variety of practical strategies will be offered to help manage the symptoms.

Managing with Mild to Moderate Depression
A virtual and confidential group series of 8 sessions to support individuals cope with mild to moderate depression, understanding physical and mental manifestations of depression, building copy strategies and learning how to engage in self care when our mind and bodies are actively working against us.

Neurodivergence Relationships & Sexuality
Navigating the dating and relationship scene for people with Autism. Topics include communication, the social cues of dating, safer sex and consent. Individuals ages 14+ are welcome. Content can vary based on group therefore the amount of sessions and costs associated with the group will vary. Contact Lisa for more information.
